GIRL!
After 2 fantastic boys, a DD joined our family on Wednesday morning. My water broke at 1:15AM and the fluid was clear and contractions mild and far apart so I just tried to rest. At 6AM, things suddenly got more intense so we got the kids to preschool and arrived at the hospital at 8AM. DD was almost born in triage and my OB never made it so I just had the staff OB! I only pushed 2-3 times.
She is in the NICU now (18 hours later) because she had a Pneumothorax, but it is resolved now and they are weaning her off the extra oxygenl. I am able to nurse her since about 12PM today and I can take her home in 24-48 hours.
We couldn't introduce her yet to the boys since she is in the NICU, but it will be fun!
I can't even really say what having 3 is like yet because I have basically been just resting up in my own room except for visits to nurse.
I'll update on what the first few weeks is like soon! |

| What a great surprise! congrats! Glad to hear the pneumothorax is resolved and she gets to go home soon to meet her brothers. Let us know when you decide on a name :) |

| Sounds like a fabulous birth experience. Congrats!!! Girls are so fun, the boys will just love her, I'm sure. I bet your DH is excited now:) |
